根据《山东大学留学生公寓管理规定及实施细则》第六条之规定：毕业生及应离校者，应在学习结束后一周内搬离公寓。鉴于疫情的特殊情况，凡行李物品留置在学生公寓的本校已毕业国际学生，务必在2021年8月30日到2021年9月30日期间进行处理，不具备返校条件的毕业生可委托他人或学校处理，由受托人在规定时间内处理。

现请相关当事人自公告发布之日起30日内，本人或通过授权相关单位和个人持委托书原件到山东大学中心校区国际学生公寓办理相关手续。逾期仍未处理的，将根据规定对留置行李进行搬离、封存处置。

Announcement on Handling Graduates' Personal Belongings

According to Article 6 of "Shandong University (SDU) International Student Dormitory Management Regulations," all residents who have graduated and students who are leaving campus must vacate on-campus housing within one week after the end of their studies. In view of the special circumstances of the pandemic, international students who have graduated from SDU should remove all personal property from August 30, 2021 to September 30, 2021. Graduates who cannot return to campus should authorize others or the University to handle personal belongings within the specific time frame above.

Within 30 days of this announcement, students or authorized individuals should go to the International Student Dormitory on the Central Campus of Shandong University to complete relevant procedures. Otherwise, personal belongings will be removed from your room and stored in accordance with the regulations.
